¼ cup water
3 cups unbleached white flour
¼ cup cooked lean beef, chopped and drained
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients. Knead the dough on a floured surface. Roll out the dough to ¼ inch thickness, and cut out shapes with a cookie cutter. Put the biscuits on a baking sheet, ½ inch apart. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. When done, the biscuits should be firm to the touch. Turn the oven off, and leave the biscuits in for 1 to 2 hours to harden.
