WHOLE WHEAT BISCUITS

whole wheat biscuits

Ingredients
2 ½ cups whole wheat flour
1 clove of garlic, crushed
1 egg
1 tbsp. honey
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
¾ cup water

Instructions
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface until firm. Roll out the dough to ¼ inch thickness, and cut out shapes with a cookie cutter. Put the cookies on a baking sheet, ½ inch apart. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. When done, the biscuits should be firm to the touch. Turn the oven off, and leave the biscuits in for 1 to 2 hours to harden.
